ORDER OF EVENTS
1. 200 Medley Relay Strokes in order: backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly,
freestyle, 2 lengths of the pool for each stroke.
2. 200 Free 8 lengths of the pool .
3. 200 Individual Medley Strokes in order: butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle
2 lengths of the pool for each stroke.
4. 50 Free 2 lengths of the pool .
5. Diving Divers must do 6 different dives, including 1 front dive, 1 back
dive, and 3 optional dives.
6. 100 Butterfly 4 lengths of the pool.
7. 100 Free 4 lengths of the pool.
8. 500 Free 20 lengths of the pool.
9. 200 Free Relay 4 swimmers each swim a 50 free (2 lengths of the pool).
10. 100 Backstroke 4 lengths of the pool.
11. 100 Breaststroke 4 lengths of the pool.
12. 400 Free relay 4 swimmers each swim 4 lengths of the pool.
Scoring:
Five places are scored in individual events, points assigned are 6-4-3-2-1
Three places in relays, points assigned are 8-4-2
Varsity Letter
To receive a varsity letter, a swimmer/diver must have participated in at least 50% of the meets
or has placed 4th or better in the League Meet.
